For you to order on www.wearepaneri.com, you will be required to:
- Sign in to an online account
- Shop for the items you wish for (you may also add it to your Wishlist prior)
- Add the items to your Cart
- Proceed to Checkout
- Enter Billing and Shipping information
- Provide payment information
- Review and submit your order
- Check your Order Status on your account.
- The Status Updates are also sent by email automatically
After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us. Be sure to add the domain name wearepaneri.com to your safe senders’ or white list. The email will serve as confirmation that your orders have been well-received.
However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved or payment received by bank transfer. In case of Cash on Delivery, your billing and delivery address will be verified prior.

We often get this question on wearepaneri.com. When shopping online, you need to know your measurements. We all know that sizes vary depending on the brand or country (e.g. Asian sizes vs European sizes). We recommend you take a measuring tape and take note of your bust, waist, hips and inseam. You can have your local tailor do it for you if you want.
Also, on wearepaneri.com, we have a sizing guide that will help you determine how to convert your size. Note that US sizes are generally larger than European or Asian sizes. For example, a US ‘M’ is usually a European ‘L’.
We stock a comprehensive range of instruments at our Lalmatie outlet. If your item is In Stock, we can usually ship on the same day for orders placed before 04:00 pm, and the next day for orders placed after 04:00 pm. Our aim is to get your order on board with the courier within two business days of purchase.
Due to the flexibility of our processes and the stocking of partially available products, we’re able to offer these turnaround times for complementary products, too.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing
- We are closed on Mondays and public holidays
- Our shipping provider does not deliver on weekends and public holidays
